CYT GEAR REFUND POLICY

At CYT Gear we have a 30 Day Refund Policy on our bags.  Your merchandise must be returned to us within 30 days of the purchase date.  Your merchandise must be in original condition with any tags still attached.  Please keep in mind that any merchandise that has "gone on a tour" is considered used and cannot be returned.  Electronic components are non refundable.  Return shipping is at your cost or you can deliver your merchandise to our shop in Lefroy, ON.  Any free gifts, prizes or gift cards cannot be returned and have no cash value.

 

WARRANTY INFORMATION

At CYT Gear we warranty all merchandise to be free from defects in our workmanship under normal use and conditions, for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.  During this (1) year period we will repair a defect in material or workmanship without charge.  See the warranty limitations noted below.  The merchandise is subject to inspection of the defect and proof of purchase.  Any shipping and handling fees related to a justified warranty claim are to be paid for by yourself or you can bring your merchandise to our shop in Lefroy, ON.  

Warranty Limitations

This warranty does not include:

  • Dissatisfaction due to buyer’s remorse
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damages incurred during assembly or maintenance
  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents
  • Acts of god
  • Any condition resulting from use for which the product was not intended
  • Any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance or care
Warranty Claim Procedures
  • A claim for defective merchandise must be made within the (1) year of purchase with proof of purchase.
  • Warranty claims will need to be emailed to us noting the merchandise defect along with pictures and proof of purchase prior to shipping or dropping off merchandise.
  • Any claims for missing parts must be made within 10 days after the merchandise is received.
  • We reserve the right to inspect the merchandise being shipped back.
  • If the claim is justified, the merchandise or part will be repaired or replaced.
